Ok I went through all the reviews before I purchsed this.So I bit the bullet and bought it,I am so impressed by this tool that i couldn't understand the reviews by some.Maybe I got lucky with a newer model or something.Mine has the straight cut blade with film easy to set up and make my painting so much easier,so much so that i bought a second one 3 days later for use with paper so I don't have to swapot between paper and film.The stabaliser thatholds it in place lets you cout straight lines to.Overall a great bit of kit that i wish i bought years ago instead of doing everything by hand.Film rolls are a little expensive but if you're good at your trade just add it into your price.Summary a brilliant piece of kit.

Thought I was only getting the body and it came with tape and drop sheets very good value for money would recommend

This is not a simple tool to use but it does get better with practice.The tape frequently slips off the plastic. Take your time and watch the angle you hold the tool at.The cutting blade is nowhere near as effective as suggested in the promo video - some nice editing work on that though. Keep a pair of scissors in your back pocket (following all applicable safety precautions); it'll save a lot of waste material and frustration.Taking your time is key. If working at ceiling height a platform is more effective than a stepladder for long stretches.A handy enough tool that will save you time once you get the hang of it.

You get what you pay for.

There's only about 5mm of the overlap between the masking tape and the plastic sheet and it is not adjustable.I have found that the tape easily jumpes up and comes off the plastic sheetThere should be a guide to prevent this from happening and probably adjustable overlap for the tape to catch more of the dust sheet.

This has definitely saved me time tapping up a room before decorating so to me it was worth the money .

Paired with 1” Frog tape, any size paper, will cover any surface in seconds. Protects very well from over spray. If paper is long enough you can crease it, which directs over spray away from walls and windows. The paper can also be attached under a work area to catch debris and be used to make pouches to store screws and light switch covers in. See attached pictures. In picture you will see the M3000 with 15inch paper and a paper blade. Great product lots of different uses highly recommend for your paint project at home or professional
