Compliments this fixture
The larger round globe gives our two light open-bottom fixture a nice finished, less utility-looking appearance. The 2700k color is less harsh and institutional in quality while providing plenty of light for any need, probably the brightest 60W equivalent led you could imagine. Very pleased with this purchase,

This wattage is extremely bright
If you have a multiple bulb fixture say above the bathroom mirror, you should buy the lower wattage ones. Same size just not crazy bright like these. These will do well in a single bulb like a hanging lamp above the Kitchen Table. I put them in my bathroom vanity and when I went in to wash up before bed and turned on the light it was like going outside on a sunny day. That's the only negative but only on my part. Here are the pluses as compared to CFL. The color of the light is much whiter. The get bright instantly, no warm up time. They use half the power of CFL, they'll last much longer than any other type bulb and they don't get HOT!!!

these were the only big bulbs that were ok to use in outdoor lighting. so far tgey are doing fine

Seems OK, but would like to have had an option to purchase just one, hope it lasts
I needed one but had to purchase three, which gripes me. The light is bright and close to others in the 2,700 range but it seems off just a bit, perhaps a tad brighter, than some other bulbs of the same value in other fixtures. I thought the price a bit high and have no idea yet about longevity, but unless the bulb is broken, it had best last a long, long time.
