My five year old can swallow these, excellent product! I give him two tablets a day and they seem to be having the desired effect. I also was sick of tracking down the previous liquid multivitamin which was getting more and more expensive and harder to buy! Easy to swallow and they don’t seem to have a strong taste or smell.

They are the smallest I have seen, I do still prefer to open the capsule and pour the contents into a meal for her. The ingredients seem to contain all that I was hoping for in a supplement however you can notice a little smell which might not be ideal for children.

These were a bit larger than expected and the lad looked at them and refused to try to swallow anything that bigI had to mix them in with some drink and get him to ingest them that way

These box contains 120 capsules, they are so small, easy to swallow and odourless. My son is 13, so the advisory is 2 per day to be taken with food. These are multivitamins which have many health benefits. Reasonably priced.

Very suitable for children as they are small and easy to swallow. Not as exciting as gummy bear alternatives but they contain pretty much all the vitamins you could ask for and are suitable as a supplement to a normal diet. There is no smell ot strong flavour to them a d they come at a good price. Highly recommended.

We ordered these for our 5 year old girls as one of them didn't like taking the gummy sweets or pastilles so this sounded like a great alternative. Simply unscrew the capsule and pour the contents into porridge (after preparing it) and then stir it in. They don't even know it's there as it doesn't affect taste and doesn't show.So far we've used these almost every day for a month and they seem to be doing the trick!A great alternative way to provide multi-vitamin supplement for small children in a way they won't notice. For just under £8 this is 4 months supply for 1 child - this is great value we think!
