Got what I expected for the price. Never used this style so worth the chance to try it out. The cutters it comes with have no index numbers so I guess you use a sharpie to mark the used side. Also it does not come with a extra set of cutters. So add that expense when looking at the price. Overall a good deal and would buy again. The case is really cool I must sayUPDATE:I’ve been using this since August and am very pleased. No need for an extra set of cutters as they just don’t dull. I use a credit card size 600 grit diamond sharpener and just figure 8 face down and they are sharp as new. I’ve had no issues with fit and finish.

Very good quality for the money. I wanted to try carbide turning tools but the ones at the woodworking store are way too expensive to experiment with. This tool is just what I was looking for and performs well. Wish replacement cutters were available from the same source.

Don’t often leave reviews but I feel this one needs to be out there. The goose neck was too big to fit in the handle. Fixed it with a small belt sander, but some folks might not want to do that. Wouldn’t buy this again.

Looks like a nice quality set. It's part of a Christmas gift so I'm hoping it holds up and works well.

I am not happy with the purchase and may return it. I had to file it down so it would fit the handle. Didn’t expect to need to repair it before using it!
