This book is very informative and explains the development of children before they are born till' they are three years old. Great for parents to learn how the child's mental, physical, cognitive, and emotional development if their children go through. This also applies towards caregivers, and educators that take care of children. Even psychologist can use this book to understand the process and development what children can and can not do in certain age.

when i first saw this book from school it was over $200 dollarsbut the class didn't required it so I didn't had to buy it but rent it,and I wanted the real book for myself and after the class ended I searched for a cheaper book andthis price was way better^^Thank you

This book was stated to be in GOOD condition. I received the book fast, which is great, but when I opened it I was not happy! The cover is bent and torn. The first couple pages are hanging on by threads and one is completely removed from the book! On top of that some one had spilled coffee or tea all over it! Good is NOT the condition it should be placed under, it should have been labeled fair!

I was expecting to receive as the description stated, a Used-Like New book and paid the extra price of buying a Like New instead of good condition. Instead, I received a book that was covered in large stickers all over the exterior of the book saying Used Book. That was not included in the description and was disappointed to find that I cannot even take off the stickers without damaging the book.

I was required to get this book for my CDA Infant/Toddler class. This is a great textbook but I have already worn out 1 highlighter and am working on another 1! I definitely see myself pulling this out on a regular basis in my infant classroom. :)

I bought this book to help me come up with fun ideas to help teach my toddler about the world around him. Looking through this book, there aren't any activities that are truly easy or kid friendly. The majority of this book is made up songs in tune to common child songs. I would not recommend this book to anyone unless they needed something to burn to keep themselves warm. It was a hassle getting it shipped to me and a hassle to try to send it back.

This item came on time and in brand new condition just as stated in the product description. I really like that when I am done with the book I will be able to resell it back on Amazon.
