Fireplace was delivered today - on time, as scheduled.Having to take the front glass off to remove more packaging was a little bit of a hassle, but I understand that it's necessary to avoid damaging the "logs" on the inside. I do like the option of being able to use either the logs or "glass" beads on the inside to customize the look. The remote control was floating around inside the big box without a plastic bag or other protection, so I had to go looking for it (maybe it could be placed in a little plastic bag and taped in place so it doesn't accidentally get thrown out with the big packing box).All the functions worked fine (heat, temp settings, lighting options, etc...). All the color options for logs/flame are great, but so far, I like setting 1 (orange) the best - looks more natural, and better than I thought it would. Good to know that if I ever get bored, I can always mix it up or match the colors with the season (green and red for Christmas, maybe).Because of how deep the unit is, I think a flush, in-wall installation would look the best.

This electric fireplace is modern and looks nice. It also fit perfectly in our wood burning fireplace that doesn’t draft correctly. Installation was difficult because of the brick. We had to glue it to the brick with Elmers Pro Advanced bonding glue. It’s holding up well. We ran the cord out of the side and plugged it in next to the fireplace. I painted the cord white to blend in to white brick.The heat output is good but not great. Also, every time I turn it on, I have to reset the log and fire colors. I can’t figure out a way to permanently create settings. The remote was confusing to figure out and the instructions weren’t helpful. This fireplace can run without heat. We use this feature often since it’s not cold in Texas right now.Overall, we love the look of it and we’re happy to have it.

Best price and really beautiful at all, just loved it

Everything was fine for about a week then we started hearing a noise. Turns out to be coming from the flame and not the fan on the blower. The flames are nice and its a nice touch in the bedroom just makes some noise. 5 Stars on the looks 2 stars on the working element. over all 3 Stars

Received the first one promptly but the flame feature didn't work, the flames didn't move and there was only one flame. After contacting Amazon, I finally was able to talk to customer service at E Flame, who promptly sent out another one. This one doesn't work either! The flame feature just doesn't work. Very disappointed because otherwise it looked good and seemed well made.update: After talking to their customer representative, we dismantled the back and discovered the flame apparatus was disengaged. Put it back and now it works beautifully! Very happy! Their customer service is extremely nice and very helpful!!

Didn't even work right out of the box. No damage to box, at all. The thermostat would only read ambient temps at 86 degrees, which is the highest temp it heats to. Therefore, no heat would be produced. Yes, I was doing it right. Also, it doesn't come with crystals like it says it does. Even the instructions say it does. No crystals which was the main purpose for me selecting this particular model.

A perfect fit into my wall, and the flames look so real . It makes my bedroom romantic and cozy. A great buy great in price. I happy with my purchase.
