So much better value than those stupid little jars from the supermarket, I share the bag with a friend. Really great ginger flavour, stronger and more nuanced than cheaper stuff, I would compare it equal to Bart organic ginger if you don't want a huge bag. Lovely in cookies, parkin or gingerbread but I also use for marinades, spice rubs and pastes and smoothies.

Ginger powder is the very best for painful joints. I consume three tea spoons per day and it keep my pain far away!One for brekko, one for my after noon Tea and one for my evening Tea. I combinate Ginger powder with Turmeric.I don't have to consume any pain killers at all.The Nature heal me 100%!I love cooking and it's a great ingredience in currys and soup.

I had bought the organic Soil Association approved ground ginger from the same brand, and it was definitely of a higher quality, but it has not been available at Amazon for months, unfortunately. This one, however, does not feel very original to me in terms of its colour, taste and smell. I still think it should be fine for cooking purposes, but If you intend to use it as a drink (e.g. ginger tea/mixed with milk), perhaps you might as well wish to opt for a better quality.I hope JustIngredients will bring back their previously sold excellent product. Thanks.

had better in the past, has a year expiry date which is ok but normally get at least 2 elsewhere, I hope to get through it.Ok price may be with paying a little more for quality and longer expiry date. apart from that all ok
