I have been looking for a product that let's me recover electrolytes after a run and sweating a lot so opted to try these tablets. The packaging itself is quite lightweight and easy to carry around. The tablets themselves dissolve quickly in water as per the instructions. I opted for the mango flavour, which is sweet but not too sweet and just enough mango flavouring to mask the slight chemical aftertaste. The drink seems to rehydrate you pretty well and allowed me to recover from working out. I would say these are really effective and worth the price.

These electrolyte tablets do exactly what they’re supposed to. They dissolve quickly in water, the flavours are pleasant (not overly sweet or artificial), and they’re easy to take on the go. I’ve been using them during workouts and on longer days when hydration actually matters, and they definitely help. I also like that they don’t leave a chalky residue and don’t upset my stomach, which I’ve had with some other brands. The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is personal preference — some flavours are better than others, and I’d like a bit more variety or slightly stronger electrolyte hit. That said, they’re good value and I’d happily buy them again. Solid product overall.

They actually taste great, and I love the feeling they give me after taking them definitely a five star all the way I’ve ordered other flavours also and recommended them to my friends. And they are great value for money….

I love these! They taste good and give you a nice energy boost. They keep you hydrated and they mix really well the taste isn’t to strong either. Some taste like medicine but not these I love the fruitiness

Excellent and in my humble opinion the best, you may need to try a few different flavors at first. Just find one you like and you’ve cracked it, with respect it’s impossible to like every one. That old phrase common sense.

Only used two so can’t say if they worked!

I cannot rave about these enough! I hate plain water! It would make me gag - don't ask! I would add squash to it but obviously not very healthy and even then, I still couldnt seem to drink that much. Now I get it my 2-2.5l a day without any difficulty at all! I've tried the tropical, berry and strawberry and lime and mango now. Love all apart from the mango as it doesnt seem to taste as good. So pleased!
