love this vitamin!
I started using this vitamin Jan 2, so its been about 2 weeks. I feel like I can get through my day with out a ton of coffee as long as I've gotten 7 hours of sleep or so. I also had had an on-going upper respiratory infection for a month before I started taking these and someone wrote that they hadn't had a cold in years, and my infection finally broke up after antibiotics did nothing. I do feel much more in control of my emotions and less stressed. My appetite has started to taper off (I used to feel like I was constantly starving.) As far as weight loss, as others have said, I've incorporated regular exercise (3-5 days a week) for the last month, which I feel like this has given me the edge I needed to push through, but I don't know if it would cause weight loss by itself. I also read someone said it helps with bloating. At the weight I am now I can fit into pants that didn't fit before, so I think it does help with water weight and balance that way. I'll update as I continue to use. side note: I have been experiencing a slight "cleansing" action- which I wasn't sure at first if it was something I ate one night, but it seems to be regulating my digestive system more than with just probiotics which I've taken regularly for years.****UPDATE******Its been just over a month and I can say for sure that I'm down about 8 pounds. My belly is so much less bloated/flatter. I've noticed a HUGE decrease in appetite. I'm not stress eating as much. Normally I would eat 2-3 servings of dinner and tonight all I had was a sandwich. Most days I would eat 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and then the big dinner, but today I had a couple slices of toast with some avocado, lunch was a wrap with some chips, and then my sandwich for dinner. That's IT! I work out 3-4 times a week, but the last couple weeks I haven't made it to the gym because of the snow. I'll continue to take this vitamin and update over the next few months. I'm so excited my pants fit again!

These really work
Highly recommend I’m in my early 40s and it’s not as easy to maintain weight. I really notice a difference I’m not bloated in my stomach mid area anymore and they give you a definite boost of energy.

It's difficult to say with certainty that they've made me way healthier or anything like that, but after a few weeks of consistent use, my energy levels do seem a bit more level. They don't taste weird or upset my stomach like a lot of vitamins (I have a pretty sensitive tummy!). I really like the fact that they are whole-foods derived, too. I am not specifically trying to lose weight, but I chose this one over the "women's" vitamin of the same brand because this one specified helping with energy levels and I have Chronic Fatigue. I also don't really need all the "fertility support" the women's version offers. The label says to take two pills, twice a day. I tried that for a little while, but noticed that my pee turned an extremely bright yellow, which I took to indicate that I was peeing out most of the vitamins, so I've dropped the dose to 1 pill twice a day, and that seems to keep me feeling good without making my pee cartoonish.

Strong Crave
I crave food at times I know I should not be craving let alone eating. I am a fish, chicken, turkey gal, lots of vegetables and fruits. My juicer is my 2nd best friend. I’ve eaten healthy for years, my body and weight was enjoyable to me (5’8, 140lbs, size 6). However my job changed and I had to take a midnight schedule (11:30pm-8am), I was in my mid 30’s. Now five years later I have gained 40lbs. When I first noticed the weight gain I increased my workouts, I saw I was still gaining. I visited a dietician; I would spend $90 on a single bottle of weight control supplements, still gained. I joined workout groups (kick boxing) I gained even more I tried the laser-burn fat treatments no loss there. Throughout all these initiative I ate the same regiment, at times I found myself eating less and more vegetables. As I continued to see my dietician I explained to her I was not happy with this and I could not control this weight gain. I found by being up at these hours and eating after midnight was contributing to the problem. I was not hungry; I just had a strong craving to eat once I got to work in order to stay up. If I didn’t eat I found that I was very drowsy on this shift. I thought about my problems and asked myself what is the strongest pull towards this new habit. It’s not that I wanted to eat I just found that I craved for something to eat all the time. My problem was that I craved. So I logged onto my Amazon account and began looking for “natural vitamin, Crave control for woman”. Vitamin Code held my interest. I was doubtful after reading the reviews however I bought it because I ran out of my regular vitamins and “I need my vitamins”. I thought I would give Vitamin Code a try and if it does not reduce the CRAVE at least I will have “My vitamins”. I didn’t notice it right away perhaps because I didn’t know what I was suppose to notice for I was stuck in that habit routine of just eating to stay up. After two or so weeks I noticed that I was not interested in the food provided in the cafeteria. I would see it and tell myself I want to eat that, wow it smells so good but my stomach and mind didn’t feel a demand to have it. I did not crave to eat, the desire was not strong. I felt good, I was happy that I was able to walk away without feeling like I need to eat. It felt damn good.

Not sure if this is any better than the regular type
I am taking this off and on with the regular men's vitamin. No difference so far.
