Q: Hi I need an answer is it 1/2 npt or 3/4 i see both like to hear it from the company

must have been 3/4 sorry I don't remember. Go with normal replacement

Q: which direction does the steam come out, need the steam to go straight down to the floor

The pipe end is threaded, and the steam comes out of the other opening. Steam exiting towards the floor is correct, so when installing take care that the non-threaded opening is facing down. Pretty easy to do if Sharkbite fittings are being used (these can rotate after fitted).

Q: Does this head replace the head I have now? do the heads screw on and off?

Bill, If it is a 3/4" steamhead you are replacing then absolutely. It is a threaded piece, therefore the connection is screw on, however silicone sealant will need to be applied to ensure proper water-proofing.

Q: Does the steam shoot directly down from the head?

Hi Bailey,Thanks for your question. The steamhead will direct steam directly downwards towards the floor of the shower.
