Costumer service is super helpful
Received the FUHONGRUI doorbell, installed batteries, read instructions. I went through the pairing setup steps numerous time. Nothing. I reset per the instructions and trying pairing again. Nothing.I emailed the company at [email protected] and explained the situation and that I went through the instruction steps numerous times. They responded by telling me how to pair it and sent and instruction video; the same video that's included on this amazon page.After I responded to THAT email with a video of me going the setup with nothing happening, customer service was able to pinpoint the problem; Me!🤣I had not removed the insulation tape from inside the transmitter.Doorbell works perfect!

Doorbell with great sound and variety of tunes.
This is easy to set up. I was a little confused on how to put on outside of door. A neighbor had to help. Sound is good.

Totally cool!!!
Actually got it for my grand baby’s bedroom door, it has controlled volume and if you don’t want to hear it, turn it down and when someone rings the bell the light will flash to let you know someone rang!!! Love it!!

Like the doorbell, just experienced some hiccups in the set up process.
This doorbell set is a useful product, it's just had some minor frustrations when attempting to pair the receiver to the remote. The batteries had to be changed after four months and it appeared to have stopped working; however, I figured out how to contact the company (through the Q&A tab) and the issue was quickly resolved. The company was very responsive and helped navigate the problem. I'm now very pleased with this purchase. Thank you!

Great item. Works as it's supposed to. The instructions are quite vague.

Bought this to use for a cat spay and neuter clinic. The mobile surgery unit was able to notify us when a cat was ready for transport without any sound. Which was perfect so the other cats weren’t stressed out with loud noises.
