Updated: DO NOT BUY!
Product looks great, but it's lacking in pressure calcs or missing a seal that it should be included. The result is that the lexan around the bolt holes securing the pump to the water reservoir cracks over time due to the pressure. And mind you, I don't run my pump at a flow rate of 5, it's only at 2. Had I been running at a higher pressure, the risk of failure would have been even higher.I hate to say this, but now I'll have to deal with a return of the product to someone to live up to the warranty. And the worse part is my PC will be down for the count until I deal with it. It's also going to cost my time and more coolant. I'll also worry that in the future it will do the same thing. Sadly, this is a $350-$400 part that is buzzkilling my $4k home build. I expect either ThermalTake or Amazon to step up.Update: ThermalTake is refusing to returning, claiming excuses such as "user abuse" and"too much time has passed" (even though the warranty period has another 4 months) when the failure is 100% from the screwholes out, and very clearly a manufacturing defect of the fluid pushing outward on the screwholes causing fractures. Due to this, I am contemplating taking them to small claims court. I would also be willing to join in on a class action suit if an attorney contacts our company. I bought well over $1000 worth of TT products for this build and their company treats you like garbage.
