Appena inumidito emana un odore di sostanza chimica che si trasmette agli alimenti. Contaminante nocivo alla salute? Non so, ma nel dubbio, meglio evitare. Sicuramente è un odore disgustoso. Inoltre è un tagliere molto scivoloso su superfici come marmo, okite, ecc. e utilizzarlo diventa pericoloso.

良いんだけど…。
刻みものの際、プラスチック製に比べれば確かにまな板表面の柔らかさを感じるし、包丁にも優しいだろうなとは思いますが、無垢材ではなく木製の板？にサンドイッチされてる為か刻み音がすごく大きいのが気になる。刻み音は時として軽快で心地いいリズムとなってお客様を楽しませる事もあるかもしれないけど、オープンキッチンのお店や対面カウンタ-席のお店だと音がでかすぎて、騒音となる可能性が大きい。製品事態は良いと思いますが問題は刻みものの時の音。使う場所によっては分厚い(２-３センチ)無垢材のまな板を選択するの事も必要になるかもしれません。

Handsome Piece
Typical Victorinox top quality board. The size is great for preparing several different vegetables and despite its size, it isn’t too heavy to lift and manoeuvre like my wood board that’s even a bit smaller.I am more than please - well worth the price
