Have now acquired a taste for this tea. We ordered it as an alternative to the supermarket cheap bagged green tea, as a trial. We had already switched to green tea for medical/health reasons. This tea is almost colourless when first brewed and poured out. Surprisingly, it then darkens after a few minutes. The taste is quite pleasant. We use it in a 'teasmade' type machine for our early 'cuppa' although that delivers boiling water, whereas normally we would only use sub boiling water as generally recommended for green tea. This tea is not a cheap option, but a pleasant, healthy drink. I should add that we drink it 'neat' - no sugar or milk.

why dont they use good tea
So often good jasmine flowers are wasted trying to improve second rate Tea and this is typical of just such "blending" I taste the tea and want my jasmine to compliment the tae not hide the fact that the blenders are passing off grade 2 tea in the belief I am so palate dead I wont know. If I spend on a premium tea chances are I know my TEA best thing is find the tea and add your own jasmine flowers to taste, and always put one flower head in the cup for the guest. Having written all this I have seen far worse teas.

Green Jasmine tea
This arrived in good time.Lovely frangrant green tea, and so refreshing either hot or cold. Green tea is excellent if you are trying to lose a few pounds. It is a very healthy drink and full of antioxidents.A tip I was given by a Chinese lady. Let the water boil, and then leave for several minutes before making the tea, with very hot, but not boiling water. Leave for five minutes or more to gain full benefits.If the tea is made with boiling water, it releases tanin and will be bitter.

lovely tea ..taste not quite as gorgeous as the scent .
A nice scented tea , with good flavour BUT do think its overpriced . Shall be looking into better value for money else where .

Love this tea! Could have a bit more scent but it’s still a great tea which I make in a cafetière
