Vitamix VTX 90 Dry Grains Container with Spatula, Plastic, Clear

Hey,I was hesitant to invest another £120 into a container, but this was worth (as anything with Vitamix)!I'm grinding wheat on a weekly basis to make bread and also grinding coffee. It is the best to make breads in it - the DRY container pushes the dough up and out, in comparison to the WET container, which rather creates a vortex to draw ingredients inwards.It is reassuring, that I'm using the right container and will save the lifetime of the WET one. Plus the spatula is excellent.Last, but not least the book is very educative - it is almost scientific, as it describes the chemistry behind the dough.

Best purchase I have made. It’s just the right size for nut butters, nice cream and making smoothie for one. I use it daily.

Ideal für die Mehlherstellung. Man kann das Mehl feiner als mit einem Mahlvorsatz für eine Küchenmaschine mahlen.

Ce bol "sec" (DRY) est parfait pour moudre toutes sortes de grains et flocons (riz, avoine, épeautre, sarrasin, etc... en farine. Je l'utilise aussi pour le sucre pour le moudre en sucre plus fin et même en sucre glace. A peine 10 secondes et le tour est joué.Plus besoin d'avoir toutes sortes de farines d'avance, on peut les faire au fur et à mesure des besoins en quelques secondes. Idem pour le sucre glace ce qui permet d'en faire et d'éviter ceux du commerce avec de l'amidon ou des anti-agglomérants.C'est devenu un indispensable qui sert beaucoup.

Viene sin el pisón para empujar los alimentos hacia las cuchillas, aparece en las fotos de descripción del producto pero luego abres la caja y nada. Un engaño ya que para moler alimentos en seco es necesario, escribí preguntándolo pero lo único que hicieron fué cambiarmelo por otro que tampoco lo traía lo cual indica que seguramente ni leyeron mi mensaje. Para mí, una estrella porque llegó a tiempo, por lo demás un cero.

E' tutta la gamma del Vitamix che merita 5 stelle, sia per i materiali in cui sono realizzati, sia per le lame, regine dell'articolo. Utile perchè il contenitore acquistato con il vitamix è troppo grande per cpiccoli quantitativi, anche se li sminuzza e tritura come questo da 0,9, ma così ho uno strumento per i cerali e i semi che è semptre difficile ridurre in polvere.. Chiaramente utile, la resistenza la vedremo nel tempo utilizzandolo.
