Wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s great, robust , with a good length cable, chunky and seems well built.Various electronics working off it at the same time, no probs.

This arrived immaculately packed, almost gift-wrapped! Its extremely well presented, and very well made, designed to do exactly what it says, with good quality cable, plug and sockets. UNFORTUNATELY, there was a major problem - the wrong adaptor arrived - so why the great rating? I needed this urgently for an imminent trip, and noticed the plug was incorrect for the destination I was heading for, despite me ordering the correct product. I got in touch directly with Traveldapter (they are very easy to find online, answered the phone immediately, and the lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful!), to double-check what the problem may be, to discover that THEY are having major problems with this item. caused by incorrect labelling by Amazon! Long story short, Amazon were supplied with a large quantity of these adapters, suitable for different geographical regions, all correctly boxed and labelled ... someone at Amazon then put their own barcode labels on each box at random (mine had THREE different ones!) which now consequently identify each box according to the (incorrect) label, regardless of the actual contents! Traveldapter were brilliant about the problem, and would much prefer that anyone with a problem contact them directly - 20 minutes after I spoke to them I had a confirmation (with tracking details) that they had disptched the correct adapter (at thier expense) directly to me complete with a return label for the incorrect product. Certainly cannot fault the service, despite the problem being an Amazon issue rather than thier own - and the quality of the adapter itself looks to be absolutely top class.

Works as it should, good quality lasted a lot of trips now and still working as should

I bought this extension charger for going to Portugal it was exactly what I needed for phone smartwatch hairdryer only downside was the cable could have been abit longer but I would definitely recommend this product ordering and delivery was very quick.

Just purchased a second adaptor. Impressed by the quick delivery. Decided to get another one as it seems a more sensible way to use UK electrical items in France when socket space is short. Don't like the idea of using travel adaptors as they are probably light weight. This also has the extra hole in the two pin plug for the earth that some French sockets have. Given 4*s because we haven't tested it in France yet. Will update review when product is in use.Update - Confirmation that this plug did the job very well. Was used for a kettle/microwave/hairdryer etc. Recommended.

We bought both a US and European powerstrip because we have an ever-increasing number of devices that need to be charged while on holiday. We avoided the very dodgy 'one size fits most very badly' options. These were a little pricey but, in my opinion, worth the extra. Very good quality products. My only concern was that, in the packaging they were shipped in, the power lead was very sharply bent around the end of the adapter, to allow it to be wrapped neatly around the adapter. No harm done but I haven't attempted to wrap the lead as tightly since! Perhaps something to consider.The US one recently passed the real test by successfully keeping multiple phones, tablets and cameras charged on a trip to New York. Much better than juggling multiple adapters.
