Seems to do the job as intended!
The RPM was too fast for cooling my Sony STRDH790 Atmos home theater system, it vibrated the lid, and was way too fast and loud. I once had the Sony cranked so high that it went into thermal shutdown. So to slow down the fans, I cut the red wire going to both motors, and inserted THREE DIODES (1N4004's) in series with each other, and that dropped the voltage by -2.1V to end up with ~3V on both motors, and now it is extremely quiet, and moves enough air to cool the Sony perfectly!

Works GREAT keeps my pc way cooler and it’s so quiet you can’t even tell that it’s running

Good feel but can be noisy in a quiet room
No ON/OFF switch so it JS always ON once USB power is enabled. Thus can be a bit humming in a very quiet room

Cheap material
The fan worked great but the blades broke.

Moves lots air, good for office-use under 33% speed
Pros:-Moves a lot of air even at 1/4 speed.-Tolerable noise up to 33% speed in an office space/classroom-You can feel the air from 6ft away at 75% speed or higher (but it's really loud)-Like I said, the fan moves a lot of air and does a great jobCons:-At 50% speed it gets loud-At 75% speed it gets really loudFinal thoughts:-If you are trying cool a pc, router/modem, raspberry-pi, mini-pc, etc. inside an office space/classroom you'll want use 25% to 33% speed. If you are trying to cool a device in a garage/workshop then 50% or higher will be fine because it's a noisy environment anyway.

Great, quiet fan
The fan keeps a stack of Raspberries cool in a hot room, does not use very much power and is quiet. I would have preferred if i could have split the 2 fans easily so that i could have one force air in and the other pull air away from the Pis.

Failed in less than 60 days
I purchased this fan assembly to add some airflow to a vented network panel the builders put in. Works fine off of USB, and the noise levels are acceptable for the amount of airflow provided by the fans. However, after less than two months I noticed the fans sounded different, and when I went to check them one of the fans in the set had stopped spinning. I gave it a tap there was some rattling, turns out one of the blades had cracked/broken causing the fan to jam and stop.Attempting to clear the blockage, the other fan then also had a fan blade crack off the unit. I don't know what plastic the fans are made of, but it is very low quality to be so brittle that the blades can break in operation. I have not seen a fan blade crack on a computer fan like this in a very long time.

Works
I'm using this for an 8-port 2.5 GbE switch that runs hot. I measured 105-110F on the case of the switch before. Using this fan, it doesn't get above 83F (79 is ambient). It's also pretty quiet, so it is not bothersome for me even though it's on my desk.
