This listing is for one medium land based shark rig with 16/0 carbon steel inline circle hook, 270# stainless steel cable and 400# monofilament. Our land based shark rigs are the perfect combination of stainless steel cable and monofilament. Each 5.5 foot lower leader uses 7x7 49 strand construction bright stainless steel cable double crimped with brass sleeves to a commercial carbon steel circle hook and 4/0 Rosco brass swivel. After double-crimping the hook and swivel, the lower leaders connections are protected with a short length of heat shrink tubing. Each 15 foot upper leader 400# blue smoke monofilament crimped to a heavy duty snap swivel and 4/0 Rosco brass swivel. The upper and lower leaders are attached at the snap swivel, which is also the perfect spot to add your weight. The finished rig is over 15 feet long. Like all of our rigs, each Land Based shark rig is made by hand in the USA. This non-stainless, non-offset, circle hook shark rig is New York E. C. L. § 13-0338 compliant.
