Pony Cable Stitch Needle Bent, Multi-Colour, 2.50mm and 4mm

I like the Pony brand and I like the bent type of cable needles but I ordered a set of a 2mm and a 5mm cable needle. I've been sent a 2.5mm and a 4.0 mm needle. I'll keep them because they'll come in useful some time, but they aren't what I need right now. Knitting is a precise thing that needs needles of a specific size so that the stitches are all even. What's the point in spending 30 minutes looking for exactly what I need just to get some random items sent instead? I gave three stars because the brand is good and the needles will be used eventually.Update: the seller (Creation Box) was upset that I had been sent something I didn't want or need, and has since been in touch to ask if I wanted a replacement or refund. That was very kind of them and I have asked them to make sure they send exactly the item pictured, not just something a bit like it.

I was introduced to these by a sales assistant in Lewis's Manchester years ago and I bless her every time I use one.These are far better than the straight cable needles especially if you are doing a plait. You could really do with two sets so you can have each of the three sets of stitches of the plait on a cable needle.Being metal one problem is their weight if using the needle with yarn of a heavier sort, a shiny or slippery yarn. The needle can slide out the stitches.I keep a set of the plastic ones too. I know they look cheap but being lighter in weight can have advantages.

This little pack of cable needles was exactly what I needed. The pair of needles comes in two of the most useful needle sizes, and are easy to use. The seller's service was prompt and I find the product excellent value for money.

Thank you these will make my life easier I've been using straight cable needles the stitches slip off when at back of my work sometimes I've had to start again but with these cable needles theres none of that thank you again.
