Was having knee pain and my friend recommended these to me as he has knee pain and has a pair of these. I tried his ones on and they were so comfortable and stopped my knee pain so I ordered myself a pair.They don't 100% stop my knee pain but they reduced it to the point where it was comfortable to perform heavy squats again. My knee pain has now gone but I have these in case it ever comes back again.You must make sure you measure your legs in order to get the right pair otherwise they may be too lose or too tight

It is quality but beware of this item if you have muscular legs, which I presume most of you have.

I was recommended these by my friend. Defo size up to what is recommended, they are super tight! I got these for to wear when leg pressing and doing hack squat. I can hardly bend my leg in them they’re really thick. Think I’ll be buying the other ones

Got this in the morning and used them afternoon for my squat session, felt amazing.. shocked I was a XL due to the measurements as my legs are skinny AF!! But felt amazing and deffo helps like it should, keeps knees warm and still allows a great session whilst tight! 👌🏾

These are really really good. Tough sleeves with lots of support. They come up very tight though so consider calf and thigh size when measuring.
