I would say medium. I ordered large and I wear a 10-12 they were plenty big

I don’t like these as they shrank when I washed then and the small band became to tight on my waist.

I am wondering about hip measurements also. I truly is necessary to know. Everyone does not have a large belly. Some ppl have a small waist maybe 40in and hips between 63 and 73 inches wide. Retailers need to take this fact into consideration. #LIPEDEMA
