Wanted as a replacement for one I already had whick broke, this one was much better

it is a great little trimmer, it trims almost as short as a razor, leaves a sort of day old stubble length, but this is great for the bikini area as it leaves a small length of hair so no razor burn or ingrown hairs, and no itch as the hair grows back. It appears from how i have used it that it would be almost impossible to cut yourself with this, and i tried pressing the blades onto the skin with some pressure to make sure before using it on sensitive areas. it cuts hair well and the blade seems pretty sharp, however if using on long coarse bikini hair it can get a few hairs caught in it and pull on them and stop working until you remove the hair from the blade. it does in fact come with a battery, only reason i am giving it only 4 stars is that the battery life isnt long, only perhaps half an hour or so and it is a bit noisy to use. overall a great product to buy and unless its a pot luck as to whether you get a good or bad one i would definitely buy again! also it was delivered the day before the estimated delivery date which was fantastic!

Okay, so at £1.77 I wasn't expecting top notch quality but I thought i'd take a punt because it would be useful to have something like this to tidy up a few wayward eyebrows quickly when i'm in a rush. The product does work, it tidied up my eyebrows quickly and (although you are probably not mean't to - so i'm not suggesting you use it for this) I lightly ran it over a few moles on my face which have hair growing out of them. It did remove the hairs and to that extent, thumbs up and £1.77 well spent.The only thing I would say is for the purpose of eyebrow shaping the razor edge is just far too long. I had to really angle the blade at difficult positions in order to get to the eyebrow hair (especially when shaping underneath the brows) To get an accurate tidy and shape the blade need to be much smaller in order for it to comfortably glide underneath, you just can't shape it properly, especially if you only have a small gap between eyelid and brow like me. It would be great if a similar product was available when the razor was horizontal, which would give much better control and precision.For the price however, it was not a bad buy and is now housed within my make-up case.

Had to return as wasn't fit for the job. I replaced the crap battery it came with and still wasn't very good at cutting stray hairs. Spent £2 more and got something that worked better. I've had one exactly like this in the past and it was brilliant so it's not the way it works I just think this one was very poor quality and the blades didn't cut anything.

Purchased this item on previous occasions and have always been happy with product.On this occasion item was delivered well packed and good condition casing but despite this, there was still a large dent on handle. On inserting batteries and switching on I found it to be very noisy so I immediately replaced with new batteries to see if this would make a difference (It did not). Using the product I found it to drag at the skin and despite going over the area quite a few times it did not seem to work, not even on a single hair. Therefore on this occasion I would advise " DO NOT PURCHASE" . Total waste of money, although it was kind of cheap (as they say - you get what you pay for) Sadly that's correct on this occasion.This is a review for the product only, NOT the supplier.
