I purchased this for my son . He has the habit of biting his nails when he gets stressed and anxious . So thought was worth a try to give him something other than his nails. He absolutely loves the design and I have noticed he fiddles more with this than he bites his nails .It comes in a nice sturdy box inside another box . It is a very strong stainless steel ring, and with my son wearing this everyday since he got it none of the colour has chipped and the fidget motion is still as free and easy to turn as the day it arrived . Very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend .

This ring is well made and looks really good on. It's affordable and comes packaged nicely within an expensive looking ring box. It really suits my gentleman and helps distract from his anxiety by giving him something to fidget with. The two inner seperate central cog like rings can move seperately from one another adding to the satisfaction. They run smoothly with no friction or outwards sounds. Excellent value and a great quality ring.
