Very happy with the seller Creative Audio.Headunit came with a back up camera, which I'm very thankful for. I was about to purchase an open box at best buy of the same unit and saw this one on Amazon and was basically the same price.I previously had the AVH-521EX model and this is definitely a step up from that. All of their interfaces are practically the same so reality is your always getting the same setup in some way.Please do your research before purchasing. Especially if you are looking for Carplay and Android Auto, really annoying when products have crap reviews because people failed to do research.

Great unit but in discription says includes pry tools and coozie.i did not receive the tools nor the coozie

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..🤬
Bought this for my Grandson 16th birthday to put in his truck and it does not work. Have tried to contact seller to return it but seller will not ok the return with taxes it is over $300 I am out. Not a happy grandma.. :(

Not the same camera in the picture
Ordered specifically for the camera style in pic and not right one the tool to take dash apart didnt come with it either but shipping came super early
