Great product and easy assembly. First one took about 30min, second one in less than 20min since I already knew the drill. My only issue is the height of the arm rests. They are only about 3” above the seat. I wanted cushions for the chairs, and the cushions are 3” thick so the armrests with cusions make them not usable. Even without arms rests they are still too low. Only other suggestion is from pure asthetics, would be nice if hardware was same color as the chair. I have the black chairs and the silver hardware stands out too much. Realize that with the multiple color options, that would make it difficult for the manufacturer.Over all great product and I would buy again. Big bang for buck

I absolutely love this chair! However, warning? Do not try to assemble when you have moved and dog tired. The pictures were not great directions! Think logical and come back to it if doing alone. For example, if you don’t put the screw in the right direction? The chair won’t rest in different positions! Like I said don’t do this when you are tired. :)When I came back to it rested. Easy to install and less sweat words. When I got to the end? I was missing a bolt and washer. I contacted and they immediately sent me a whole kit.I’m impressed by the quality and their service. So much so I am going to buy another to lay next to my little creek. This is quality worthy of your patience! Happy Girl. xoxo

Bought 2 chaise lounge chairs in March. Chairs arrived and are nice and easy to assemble. In June I had a problem with one chair after the return window closed. I reached out to the seller who worked to resolve the problem quickly. Customer service has been great and communication with seller has been positive. Would recommend buying from them.

Loved the product. Took about 20 mins to build one, tons of pieces, but it was great quality and very sturdy. I had to send it back though because they are very short. No fault of the seller -- I should have read the description closer... but you should know that your legs will hang off the end if you're taller than about 5'8"

We purchased 2 and love them. We needed something that wasn’t going to weather or be hot to sit on with hot humid weather. One longe did have one board warp, I sent in a request for replacement, new one arrived and I boxed back up warped one. So far so good. We only purchased a month, lots of complements. We have Used with and without cushions, both comfortable.

I love these as I bought 2. With a cushion they are comfortable. If you are over 5’3 I would say they are to short. As i am 5’3 and sitting up my feet are just at the edge. The cushions I purchased at the christmas tree store. Sun fiesta they fit perfectly.
