Nicely spicey
I can now make biltong in my multi cooker using the dehydrator function. The spices are truly authentic and deliver that South African flavour.

Not a big fan of flavour
Bought the sample but not a fan, tastes more like mixed spice. Both my daughter and wife did not like the flavour so I threw the spice away. No hint of coriander. Tastes more like cloves

The taste isn't brilliant
The spice isn't making the meat tast like proper biltong.It lives unpleasant taste in my mouth.I wouldn't recommend it.
