Started a job in January 2019 where I'm on my feet, running, standing, jogging, walking, dodging traffic and the mornings after would have me wobbling out of bed in extreme pain in my whole foot.Bought the Solemender and use it pretty regularly and WOW. The relief is almost immediate. Hurts like hell when I roll my heels but when I stand up it's like 95% better.The diameter of the roller really digs in. Being stationary you can totally focus the pressure on the sore spots that a rolling water bottle or golf ball can't sustain because the angle of your leg changes and softens the pressure.With some practice of forefoot striking my foot pain has localized only to the heel. The Solemender then takes care of that area.My pedometer reads an average of 6-8 miles on my feet per work shift. I also workout and have a standing desk at my other job so I believe this product really, really helps.Only downside is the price, but it's worth every penny once you really put it to work daily. I used to dread waking up ad I had to hold on the walls and hobble around, no joke.

Stays cold enough for one foot about 7 or 8 minutes need to include another roller

I wish I had this years ago. This foot roller has help my feet feel so much better, My friend came over and I showed her this she tried it and order one for herself.

It does helps except it fell apart right after return date expired. Screw keep coming off on the roller and makes terrible squeaky noice.
