No battery pack as expected…. Runs small as expected…
Both statements in my headline were clearly stated in the description, when I placed my order in November.I’m on the border of M, going into L, so I ordered a XXL, and received a vest that’s slightly larger than “fitted”. Pretty much what I expected, being that I’ve ordered another heated vest from a different seller. If I were expecting to wear it over thick clothes (as one reviewer mentioned), I’d have ordered even larger.- The description pic shows 4 heating zones on the front, for a total of 11 zones. The vest I received only has 2 heating zones at the pockets. More heating coverage is why I chose this vest. Maybe I received an incorrect vest…?- The actual heat is pretty lame compared to my last heated vest. HIGH heat on the new vest feels like LOW heat on the last vest.- I noticed the heat will turn off (or lower) on its own, after 10-15 minutes. I’ll reset the heat setting, and the cycle continues. I’ve used freshly charged battery packs with the same occurrence. I have a feeling this is not a safety feature.- I can confirm this is a dual zoned vest, although the description didn’t state that.I tried to give a 2.5 star rating, but couldn’t. If the jacket didn’t auto turn off and heated better, I’d have given it a higher rating. I suppose I could live without the additional 2 heat areas on the front.

Very small and cheap
Yes it heats up, but it is extremely small, 3x is maybe a medium, zipper pocket for the cord won't close after 2 times opening and closing.

No Battery & Runs Small
Bought for my husband, purchased a Large. Sizing runs very small and short. The lining is very thin. My product lining was torn by where the USB comes through for the battery. We did plug a battery in to see if it did heat up and it definitely did. Got very toasty. If you purchase go a couple sizes larger and make sure to pick up a battery.

Size is not accurate.
I bought this in a 3X for my husband and that is what the label in the vest shows. I am a medium and it is smug on me.

Size is way, way off
Got this for my wife for Christmas, 2022. I ordered the XL size. Imagine my shock and dismay when she opened the package and tried it on. She couldn't get the two sides to even come close to meeting in the center so no possible way to zip it up at all. It says that they tend to run small so order a size up. Well this one should have been labeled extra small. It appears to be more for a child than an adult. Perhaps order one at least 2 sizes larger if you wish to take a chance. I will be returning it in the next couple of days. Very disappointed. UPDATE: I returned this item to Amazon with no problems at all. AMAZON is great.
