It's not at all sturdy. All the joints just have nut and bolt and there's no O rings(washers). The bench shakes because the joint has only one screw nut acting as fulcrum.Main problem for me was the leg exercise part couldn't be attached because the welding was wrong and the leg part was hitting the main stand
