the item doesn't work at all and...funnily enough... you can't return it.... convenient, isn't it!!!!

No complaints, I'm shocked that the battery has lasted so long from the 1st charge. And I click it when I take my contacts off at night as well as in the morning. Great product, cleans contact better then just sitting in a case.

So this is the 2nd ultra sonic lens cleaner I’ve tried. The first brand was cheaply made and didn’t work right. This one is extramly well built and seems to work well. The vibrations are actually strong where I could see that this would actually work! When I was done using it I could see visibly that the contacts lenses were crystal clear, no build up or smudges or anything! I don’t recommend using for storage for longevity purposes. Once I’m done cleaning I transfer my contacts in a normal storage container overnight to soak, sanitize, and rehydrate. This device makes cleaning more sanitary so your not using your hands, and just makes contacts wearers lives a lot better!!UPDATE: Today is the first day officially wearing my contacts all day after trying this product. I can say without any doubts that this product works and it’s not my imagination. My contacts which typically I can feel in my eyes all day long I haven’t felt. I’ve actually had to check my eyes to make sure my contacts didn’t fall out because I can’t feel them in my eyes anymore and that’s due to how clean they are which is all because of this product! I highly recommend it’s worth the money!!
