The media could not be loaded. I purchased the updated back massager from Bob and Brad and will try to give you a thorough review.Housekeeping:1) Packaged very nicely. Massager doesn't have a chemically smell to it unless you really stick your nose into the machine and even then its very subtle.2) The power cord is required to be plugged in, no battery, and its 6ft long.3) Massager seems very well built. The foam is soft but supportive and the fabric seems very high quality with no frayed edges.4) The massager beeps to let you know various things, like power on, changing of modes, etc.5) Comes with a remote and battery for the remote.Pros:1) The massager is very nice and relaxing to lay on. It can be maneuvered in many different configurations to target the area of the massage.2) The rotating arms doing the massage, one arm is a little higher than the other so it feels nice going up and slightly down.3) Remote is very intuitive, and comes with a sticker on the back to let you know what the images mean.4) I personally like mode 2 the best, as it cycles from low, medium, high, medium, low and then changes direction and repeats.5) Massager comes with an attached adjustable stretchable strap so you can attached it to a chair.6) Massager does have a memory setting, so when you turn it on it will remember its previous mode and heat setting. This is convenient if you always use the same setting.Cons:1) My only real con is about the heat setting. The heat setting is either on or off, no intensity settings. The other thing is the heat doesn't get what I think is hot enough to aid the relaxation during the massage. After laying on the massager for 10-12 minutes I took a temperature reading on it was registering between 91-92 degrees. To me its a very subtle heat, which means you won't have the possibility of getting burned (which is good) but its also not strong enough to help relax the area. I wish I could increase the heat setting.Overall:I think this massager is a fantastic product, really high quality, and highly recommend you buy one if you are needing a massager. Just know the heat might not be the strongest, but the massaging feels amazing.

The massager is the perfect size, it's not bulky. Super soft where it cradles your head and sits behind your back. Works beautifully- you become relaxed after a couple of the massages with or without heat and gets the knots out of your back AND shoulders. I purchased another one just to have on hand in case my family gets their hands on this one. Very happy buyer!

I liked that this had a bit more massage range esp for neck and upper back but the shape of the cushion is a bit awkward. You have to lean back on it in a chair to hold it in place for the massage which if you have chronic neck strain it is a bit of a challenge. There is a strap to secure to a chair but if you are using a recliner the strap is not long enough. Either way- the massage part is firm but great!

Love, love, love this massager! I use it every night when I settle in to watch TV after dinner. My back, neck, and shoulders are so stiff and tight, but the heat and massaging action help to relax the muscles and relieve the pain. Like getting a real hand massage, it hits all my pressure points. You can back off of it if you don't want an intense massage, or you can lean into it and let it do its thing. Unfortunately, my massager suddenly stopped working after 7 months of daily use. I contacted the seller, sent the required information, and they responded immediately by sending me a replacement. I am in happy massage heaven again. Thank you, Bob & Brad Customer Service Team! I love this thing!

We use a Bob and Brad massage gun and it has lasted I think two years now and is still going strong. This is the best one we have had out of all the other massage guns. We got this back massager because of the reliable brand, and it is very helpful for our family's various pains. It has various modes and optional heat, and its not complicated to figure out. You can position it on your back, hips, and legs. It has been so helpful.
