I recently treated myself to the RENPHO Shiatsu Foot Massager Machine with Heat, and it's like my feet won the lottery. I have a very high arch from wearing heels and now that I'm 45 I wear more flats than heels and my feel hurt terribly now. This has been a lifesaver. It really is that good. Especially for the price. I move my feet around to get all my achy spots. The pressure is strong and the massager are nice and rounded and don't hurt.I am a size 7 woman's and it gives a great tight squeeze. It doesn't do anything for your heel. Nothing at all. So don't get this one if you are looking for heel relief. I never feel the heat but that's not an issue for me. No more paying the kids to rub my feet lol

Works great and functions as described. Only wish is for more extreme kneading for inner arch of foot.

I love this foot massager. It's so nice to use at the end of a long day. I have neuropathy in my feet caused by chemotherapy, and this is just the right amount of pressure and massage to soothe my feet without causing any discomfort. I love that there's a timer, otherwise I'd probably fall asleep with it on! Such a nice way for a gentle foot massage at home. :)

Terrible product and even worse customer service. The product stopped working soon after purchasing, and they offered no help. Would reccomend going with another manufacturer. Stay away from this company completely.

Bought this unit on May 10th, 2023. It's been used 2-3 times a week ever since. Here are some things you should know before purchase.First, the battery supplied in the remote was DOA, so it had to be replaced. This remote is made of super thin, flimsy plastic that broke when we finally managed to get the battery compartment open. We have to give Renpho some kudos for the poorly made housing though. That incredibly tight fit that made it nearly impossible to open the battery compartment actually held the new battery in place with a small piece of electrical tape even though it was missing pieces.The main unit housing is made out of soft, flexible polyurethane (PU) that's easy to clean. The downside is the area around the heel is a bit too high to comfortably recline while using the unit. It digs into the base of the calcaneus (Achilles) tendon just above the heel.The fabric liner is thin but functional and can be unzipped and removed to wash (hand wash only.) Thick socks are recommended as this man-made fabric will catch on ever rough surface of your feet. You'll also feel every wire, bump and screw housing inside the base when you slip your feet inside. This can make the compression extremely uncomfortable at the higher intensity settings as it pushes your feet and toes down into them. My feet are a women's 7.5-8 US size and those anomalies were felt mainly in my toes and at the metatarsal/phalangeal joints.The compression feature is amazing (with very thick socks.) It has 3 pressure settings and can be turned off.The shiatsu massage feature is also very nice. It has 3 speeds, and it can also be turned off. It rotates in a singular, circular pattern from the outer foot that spins inward. Cons of this feature are the rotation direction cannot be changed and it's limited to the arch of the foot. If your feet are small enough, it's possible to shift your position to massage more of the Chopart and Lisfranc joints as well as your toes but compression is not recommended if you do.It has a timer that defaults to 15mins, but can be set to 30mins. These are the only 2 options.Finally, the heat feature is either on or off. No temperature adjustment available. Personally, the confines of the unit made using the heat a bit unbearable for me about 80% of the year. In the winter, however, it was quite enjoyable.Overall, it's a decent massage unit for the price point, however, it did break after a year of use. Last night, it was working just fine. Today, it made a rather odd noise and turned on by itself. The power button on the unit blinks, but the rest of the display remains unlit. We tried turning it off via remote without success. We also tried turning it off at the main unit also without success. The only way we could make it stop was to unplug the unit. On further inspection, the only feature that still works is the shiatsu massage. The speed can't be adjusted nor can it be turned off. We've tried every adjustment possible via remote as well as the base unit. We even tried moving it to multiple outlets throughout the house without success. It's simply done.

I bought this, 3 days on it , after two months of foot pain , listen up , get it , you won’t regret it , , 61 now I can wear my shoes and sneakers and walk comfortably, but I’m so in love with this machine , and no I’m not being paid or sponsor, this is a well great investment , no more swelling no more foot stress pain and no more pills either 🙌🏻

I love the range of settings, you can fine tune your own personal foot massage with just a click or two of the handy remote. You can even turn off a particular feature if you need to. I enjoy a 30 minute foot massage each night before bed and it has really made a difference not only in how my feet feel but how I sleep!
