The transaction was without fault, the product was ordered and delivered as expected. As far as I can tell its a genuine Herbal life product so no issues at all. I'm not a fan of the actual product itself so I wont comment. It was bought for someone else in the household who buys it regularly.

Price is high however, it does keep me feeling full more so than other meal replacement drinks

I buy these for my step dad - he lost a bucket load of weight following the plan. The only odd thing is sometimes they take ages to arrive and come from India and sometimes they don’t. But customer service has been great (missed one delivery and they were very responsive) and I’ve ordered them a lot!
