Major Issue
I disliked the fact that the potty in the seat doesn't have a lid . this is a major issue as I have to carry downstairs and if anyone passes me it is embarrassing

too low for a stroke victim user and not solid enough, requested refund and have returned it as soon as possible. thank youIts now three weeks since item has been returned no refund issued as yet require this refund as soon as possible cost 38.9o to return 30 3 2023have still not recieved refund to my account and its now 20 4 2023 and the item has been returned by post office got tracking reciept
