Bought this so i could take my coffee in the morning from home rather than keep buying from the common coffee places. It arrived and was well packaged. Gave it a quick wash and it was ready to go.It keeps coffee hot for hours. I would say at least 3 hours boiling hot and then about 8-9 hours it is still warm (depends also on how many times you flip the lid to take a sip.The reason i bought this one was it mentioned leak proof and also had a lock function for the lid. Both features are awesome. i take the coffee mug in my jacket pocket, side ways and sometimes upside down. It has NEVER leaked. I would genuinely recommend this to anyone who wants a portable coffee mug that is not too big, keeps coffee warm and does not leak.

I had old cup but it was poor quality , when i saw reviews about this product and buy it for my wife. She really like it we checked about leak and its 100% leak proof,Inside steel is very strong and keep my drink hot for 2 hours and after that also keep warm for long time. Its get cold because we keep open lid to drink coffee.I have to buy it again for myself.5 star for quality

This is the first time I've ever bought or used a thermal mug. My wife was sick of me letting a coffee go cold that she bullied me into getting this. It works great. No leaks. The rubber base also prevents it sliding about. I quickly found out that you need to let it cool down a little as it's too hot to drink. Once it has cooled down from being really hot, it keeps hot for hours. This is a great solution for me.I knocked a star off as there's a deep scratch on the bottom edge, like it has maybe been dropped before it was packed. It's just a cosmetic scratch and not worth the bother of sending it back. It doesn't stop the mug from working but it shouldn't be there on a new mug. A small instruction leaflet would have been good, the only instructions was written in Chinese on the box.

This is by far one of the best designed hot travel mugs I have purchased. Amazing locking and unlocking system, amazing design and included filter for tea bags and herbs! One draw back is the leak-proofing but I feel this may be because of myself rather than the design. I use herbal tea bags with strings and I screw the lid back on with the string on the outside. This causes some leaks, but that's obviously because of the gap created by the string so other than that, I have zero issues with the cup in terms of leaking.One other thing to point out is the mouth piece. It is a bit weird and non-conventional, requires getting used to.Other than that, would highly recommend this hot cup!

Great design and good for one hand use. Also kept coffee hot for 3 hours (probably longer but had always drank it by then).Only three stars as from day one the whole lid would just pop off after being screwed on, burning my hand with hot liquid first time it did it. Found a way to keep it secure but only after 3 months of using it the threads will no longer grip so lid just won’t stay on.Now having to buy a replacement so been a waste of moneyMight be a one off for my mug but not willing to try it again so just ordered a different make for its replacement

Started well, really hot and looks well made, however after 3 months it started to leak, I would avoid buying this.

This is a great travel mug. Lovely looking, sleek design, easy to clean and use. Best feature is it has a lock so I can put it in my bag with no worry about leaks. Keeps drink hot for a long time and is a great size.

Good flask design for use, nice spout and lid works well.Cant be washed in a dishwasher, black outer coating comes off and flask doesn't keep liquid hot for very long after this.I've had it for 8 months and needs replacing, I would expect to to last longer. Otherwise a good buy.

No voy a valorar el producto en sí, sino la falta de respeto hacia el mercado al que va dirigido. Hace poco compré este mismo modelo de taza en otro color, y venía un mínimo papel con una serie de advertencias en español sobre qué cosas pueden dañar la taza, y que pueden ser peligrosas incluso: NO LO METÁIS AL MICROONDAS. Ahora ya ni eso: la caja de cartón en la que viene está todo en chino, y ni se han molestado. Pues bien, que sepais que hay advertencias sobre que no debes hacer para dañar la taza, y que se moleste el fabricante en ponerlas en castellano.
