Great Printer, But downfall was the Labels that Amazon put as a bundle with them were way too big for the Printer. Please double check the sizing of labels before purchasing the bundle. I had 2 Massive rolls gone to waste.

Absolutely love this! Perfect for what I needed it for. You don’t need to spend a fortune, works with Bluetooth, download the app and use straight from Android or IOS. Unfortunately I can’t seem to buy any labels for it unless I go on the Jadens website 😦 3x5inch labels!

I bought this label printer as I was in desperate need for one , I run a eBay store and it’s so important that my delivery’s are sent out fast , with this half of the labels printed wouldnt scan as it comes out patchy and letters and bits of the barcode are missing , don’t buy this product and just spend a bit more money to get a better one , this one you have to save the labels to your files and then open up another app and crop it and then print , it’s very long

Great product but trying to find labels to fit this size printer is a nightmare had to return for a bigger size

Great item, 7 labels printed but scanner at 24/7 inpost locker could not read barcode as it was too small. Ended up putting codes in by hand.

What a horrendous product this is. Not only does it waste multiple sheets of paper printing out multiple of the same labels but the labels are of such poor quality that they aren’t usable at all. I tried using this to print postage labels but they were so dark the post office couldn’t scan them at all.

Printing anything involves messing about cropping pdf or image files. You cannot print directly to the printer as you would with most printers. Generally just a faff, avoid.

I wish I would have invested in one of these sooner. If you are selling anything online, having one of these is a must! It is so easy to use.

I can’t figure out how to get my labels to print just a tad bit larger to really come out 3x 5 size. But even with that issue I still think this was a good buy. I sell clothes and such as a small side gig online. My old printer was about dead and was costing too much with replacement ink cartridges. Refilling just created an ink disaster so I just pitched it and got this. Now I just will have to purchase the3x5 thermal stickers and I’m good. No more ink and this little thing is probably 1/3 the size.The app works fine for me. If the text shows that it’s facing up portrait and the label looks on the screen to be horizontal landscape then your label will actually print with the text and label both in portrait mode as it should. That much I did figure out. I may try a different app to see if I can get it to fill the whole label. It did work for fed ex and at usps so small and sticky wins in my book.

I have never had such a difficult piece of tech. I may not be tech savvy, but I can navigate fairly well. This printer is not printing for me, despite following all steps in the manual and through their various YouTube videos. I have tried via my computer, literally hardwired into the printer through a USB cable. Multiple computers, and the phone app is just a joke.I have spent hours and derailed two days. It isn't worth it. I don't know how strongly I can say this - if you are considering it because it is a good price, go buy one that costs double. The cost of this doesn't even get you a working piece of tech. I am regretting my decision hardcore

I am in the reselling business. Thank God for this little thing. Using this little guy is so much easier than printing big labels on my old printer. And this thing is fast. I was a little worried at first I wasn’t going to be able to use it with my phone. But it it was easy Peezy to download the app and get going.I would definitely recommend this for any reseller out there!!

Compact size and fast wireless printing. Easy setup, just be sure to download the right app. Once you catch on to the ‘print by file’ it’s very quick to run labels. I’m using an iPad Pro iPadOS 16.1.2. Be sure to setup the closest correct size e.g. 4”x6” for eBay type online labels even though this unit does 3”x5”. Only issue I’ve run into is occasional failure for the labels to scan at my local US Post Office. But when they type in the info everything is good. This may be an issue with the USPS scanner gun; the UPS labels have all scanned fine.Only thing needed to make this the perfect small label printer is battery power — or a USB-C power cable to the iPad? — so a 110 volt source isn’t needed. If a battery pack is ever available I’ll buy it.
