Because I have started keeping fit at home and had my band tied to a door handle which was coming loose bit at a time with all the pulling, this is the ideal thing to use.

Very useful and works a treat.Pros---does what it claims. Enough space to feed through the bands and safely attaches to the door to help in performing exercises I have used it for a while and seems to have lasted wellcons--pricey delivery last time i ordered

Resistance tubes are a major part of my exercise routine and I've tried several of these door widget type things over the yearsSome have been better and more durable than others, but, all of them, without fail, have either gradually worn away at the end, or have gradually damaged the resistance band.One, or two have been a nightmare to wedge in the door vertically, as they keep sliding down before you can shut the door.This one, however, seems better on both counts, i.e. it stays put when I try to shut the door and also, maybe because it's slightly longer in length it holds the Resistance Tube in a much more "balanced," way and looks like it's placing much less stress on the band.Here's hoping that this lasts as it becomes quite expensive having to replace the band and there aren't that many good quality Resistance Bands about, that I've seen.I'd recommend it and at this price, it's a steal! :O)

I was a bit sceptical about buying this due to the only review being quite negative, but as it was so cheap I took the chance. It's actually a great bit of kit, supremely simple but it adds hugely to the range of exercises possible with resistance bands, making them a genuinely useful exercise regime. Highly recommended if you use ripcords etc.

Two months of continuous use and it's holding up well. for the price, I didn't expect much but this is holding its own

Simply does what it say it would. Makes working out with resistance bands very easy. I am unable to use a pull up bar for working out as my door frame does not allow it, this however is great.
