orifice around 1.2 mm or 0.47 in.
Compared to the consumables that came with my bestarc btc500 with pilot arc, these seem slightly lower quality, but they work fine with the pilot arc function and AG-60 torch. The bestarc nozzle orifice is marked 1.0 mm. These have no markings, but appear slightly larger, around 1.2 mm or 0.047 inch and cut the work piece with a wider kerf. The larger orifice cuts through thicker material and handles more current and air pressure. The electrodes are smooth all around with nothing to grip, compared to the bestarc electrodes which have flats to use a wrench. Good quantity for the price though.

Fits Chicago electric 20a plasma hatchet
My boss was nice enough to buy me a plasma hatchet from harbor freight for cutting holes in electrical control panel enclosures. I dropped the torch immediately out of the box, and broke the stupid ceramic tip thingy. These are a perfect fit! Wish I could have found this info during the 1 year+ that I used it superglued and taped back together.
