Best off on an umbrella!
This fabric is not at all silk-like or soft. It's like what you would expect to find on a 70s fold up anorak you'd pack on a family picnic. Perfect if you want to replace the covering on your umbrella. No good for making clothes with unless you want to rustle every time you move about. It's very thin, doesn't feel nice to touch at all. Quite disappointing given I was hoping to make a skirt. Now I don't know what to do with it.
