Nice item, promptly delivered.

Got it for older relative, deaf, and now she can hear incoming calls using this and her hearing aid. We got this as upstairs phone for upstairs phone extension - it needs to plug into phone socket and electric socket. It means she no longer has to panic about getting down stairs to answer phone. So we don’t worry about her falling down stairs if phone rings! Only criticism is that the ‘Boost incoming call button’ needs pressing if you want to further boost hearing volume - on older models of this phone, there’s a setting you can programme to make the boost always on. But anyway , this phone’s incoming volume seems loud enough out of the box

Dreadful design flaw. You need to store your telephone numbers unit by unit, there is no facility to share between units like there is on all Panasonic phones and most other cordless systems. I'm not impressed, haven't noticed particularly enhanced sound quality either. Larger buttons are good but so far, that's the only advantage I can see.

easy to use just remember to put all your numbers on both phones b4 you delete off other phone. Sound not good when talking .but great phone will buy again

Not the best bought this for my mother who is 87 with poor hearing but volume is not great dispoited at this price should of returned it

It arrived with label stuck at on phone box no tape to keep it closed hence the cordless handset base/charger was missing

Reso telefono. Non ho potuto testare la qualità per impossibilità di configurare il telefono in lingua italiana. Ho seguito il manuale d'uso. L'apparecchio era configurato in inglese e non in tedesco(come da manuale), ma premendo il tasto per la configurazione non ha funzionato. Il supporto tecnico francese ha fornito istruzioni che conoscevo, nonostante (per 3 VOLTE) abbia indicato il problema. Un'ultima considerazione: è un telefono per anziani. E' così dispendioso configurarlo nella lingua del paese d'invio?
