No it really was 20 tops and 20 bottoms

Q: Are they freezer safe?

I would think so but I haven't tried freezing these myself. The plastic seems thick enough to hold up, the lid is secure enough not to fall off. Although if I was going to freeze something in these for a long time I'd probably still cover the food with a layer of plastic wrap before the lid on top to protect from freezer burn.

Q: It says dishwasher safe, does that include hot water?

Yes they do very well in my dishwasher using very hot water

Q: How do you clearly mark what is in these?

I used labeling tags. That was very convenient for me and they came off with no problem upon washing the dish to reuse
