OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
My daughter received the gravity salt and pepper set for her wedding. We liked it so much I bought a set for myself. That was in 2020. Have loved them nad have not had any problems ... and I haven't even had to change the batteries after 2 years. Then I gave a set to friends this past Christmas. Within a couple of weeks one of them stopped working. (boy that was embarrassing after I had talked them up!)After taking it apart and cleaning it and replacing batteries (following the recc for battery type). I finally determined that one of the battery contact points wasn't working correctly .... it worked if I held the battery in place with my finger, but not if I just put the whole thing back together. I sent an e-mail to the company and received a response within an hour! Extraordinary! I received a replacement set within 2-3 days ..... and it works perfectly. I consider this to be extraordinary customer service! Now I will not hesitate to gift this again in the future!

Works Perfectly as advertised
I love the color and the look of the grinders , it is made very well. You can clearly see the salt and pepper come out with the light at the bottom as soon as you press the button at the top. I also like how you can adjust the level of coarseness when grinding the salt/pepper.

I Like It
The first set I received, one grinder didn’t work. I went to the app, requested a replacement, and received it in two days. The return process was easy.My second set worked fine. They are very nicely made and the red color gave my kitchen a nice pop of color. I love that I can adjust how corse the salt and pepper is. There is also a light underneath it grinders (not sure why I would need it). I would definitely recommend them.

Very different for me, but fun to use
This type of salt and pepper grinder is very different for me. Never had anything like this. After getting used to it, I really like it. It makes everything so easy. It does come out pretty fast so you have to be careful not to go overboard. I wish you could press a button to make it grind instead of it being automatic because if they fall over, they start grinding and it's a mess. But overall, I'm glad I have them.

Grinders are great - chrome wire holder is not great.
Love the grinders. Ordered two more sets as gifts (I prefer the silver tops to the black tops).The chrome holder does not work very well - it needs more bars on the bottom shelf to prevent the bottom edge of the grinders from falling between the bars. And the holder is as expensive as the set of grinders....

Bei anderen Salz- und Pfeffermühlen bleiben stets Reste auf dem Tisch oder der Arbeitsfläche. Außerdem läßt sich der Mahlgrad völlig problemlos einstellen. Und daß die Bedienungsanleitung nur auf Englisch ist, stört in diesem Fall nicht.
