Worked as it should. I have a tandem axel so I need two leveling blocks, the kit only comes with one.

Just received product, tried to download the app, and it says version too old for S21. Nothing in the ad description warned of it not working on newer Samsung phones. Update: Changing to 5 stars. Contacted customer support, and they updated app within one day! Fast reply and support, thanks!

Setup was quick and easy, using it was super nice out at the camp site. Throw down the ramp leveler and watch the app, no getting out and trying to guess how many leveling blocks you need or what part of the campsite is the closest to level.

I've called customer service on several occasions and they were polite and helped me learn how to reset the device.But when my bubble levels show pretty close to level where as the unit shows off by 6 or 7 inches?I also have to reset it every time I attempt to use it as it shows off by 15 or 16 inches!I wished it worked because I feel it's a good idea.Any tips are welcomed maybe I'm just doing something wrong.Hopefully, you'll have better luck than I did.

I had the level mate on a previous trailer but not this block leveling system. Wish I'd got one sooner!

This level works as expected.I wish the app would run in the back ground. Every time you close your phone or app it need to do the connection process. It slows down the process when setting up.

Set it up and it connected but ever since I took my trailer to the camp site all you get is connection unsuccessful which is not what I bought this for,,I imaged backing into a spot and watching it on my phone whilst backing up buy no it doesn’t work,,back to basics with a level and delete the app and $200 plus dollars wasted

Pre-wired dock has power, but the unit doesnt powered up - I waited too long to install and now im stuck with an expensive brick 😫
