Holds on the water
This Matt does a good job at holding onto the water without going through to the floor. It had texture on the top so my senior dog can drink and eat comfortable as well. The textured part allows the water to fall in between and not roll on the floor. It’s also not obvious when there is water on the Matt so it always looks nice. The Matt stays in place too

Works well for catching the water
I'm like the color, it catches the water before it hits the floor. It's easy to clean, I just rinse it off with the kitchen sink sprayer. It can take awhile to dry if there is a lot of water

Not indestructible
Started out working very well for our sloppy water dog. Then one day inside all day because of yucky weather, he chewed it up.

I bought this mat to go by my ice maker so the mat would help absorb the water better then me using towels.
