Q: I am skinny and have long slim legs snd size 13 feet. I'm just wondering how these boots fit around the calf to the thigh. Are they super big?

I purchased these boots size 12 as suggested by Amazon; size bigger. Im 160 lbs. and 5’7. These boots do not fit loose around the thighs. That fit very close to my thighs without much room. I’m comfortable with the fit. Remember you can always return them as a PRIME member.

Q: What is the calf circumference, the largest part of the calf, not the opening? The largest part of my calf is 16 inches, would this boot fit me?

It measures closer to 15”. I had to go two sizes up (normally wear an 8, had to excchange for a 10) and my calf measures 16.5”. The size of the boot shaft doesn’t really change with the size of the foot. These boots are definitely not made for athletic builds at all.
