This is essentially a very basic product and one that I have never purchased or used before, but I have to say I really like these insoles. They come in a pair of 2 (helpful if you have 2 feet) and they are really simple to use. On the bottom of the insole it shows a size guide for different show sizes and you simply need a pair of scissors to cut them to the size you require and then pop them in your shoes, job done. The feel comfortable when I am wearing my shoes and seem to be lasting well. I would recommend these.

Used my old ones to match up as the sizes aren't correct. They are very comfortable and smell ok. Will definitely buy again if needed. Great value for money.

Didn’t seem to last long.

This is 2 boxes, each with 2 pairs = 4 pairs total. They will probably suit up to a size 12 UK and are easy to cut down.I never use the printed templates on the insole; I suggest you always use your shoe to judge the cut down.The are thin and floppy, have a thin, light fabric coat and 1mm light polystyrene base sandwiching a 1mm light foam core. They are perforated all the way through which seems to ventilate helpfully so far (it's been a hot summer). I've found they can slip out of position but do not tend to do so unless on very uneven ground and have been happy not to glue them in. A snug fit sizing helps with that, and the polystyrene base while fragile and light, is grippy. If you want a thicker or padded insole these are not right for you. For relining a shoe or slipper or covering a delaminating insole, they are great.

Ok for occasional use but quickly deteriorate in shoes used daily.

I bought these to try and cushion the inside of a pair of New Rock boots that were extremely hard on the soles of my feet (not used to having a large heel).These worked out pretty well, a little bit of comfort, but not a full on cushioned insole. They don't stick to my socks or slop around inside the boot either. Happy enough.
