I've wanted this for a while. It is so much better than any hose reel that leaves your hose exposed to the weather. This is very durable and I bought it for that reason. The retractable mechanism works 100% as expected, with no issues. The side to side movement is great.The way it is mounted will take some effort, muscle, and know how. Mine is mounted to the cinder block exterior of our house. I used the lag bolts that came with it. Again it took a strong drill and persistence but I love the end result. I may be buying a 2nd one for the front yard.The only improvement they could make, I a shelf to organize or store hose attachments.Great product. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I was hesitant but decided this would be the best way to keep my yard organized without having to deal with a 90+ ft messy hose. This was a great choice. Installation was straight forward and easy even on cinder block with the right tools. Contacted customer service with a question and they got back to me within 24 hours. Overall great product and great service, recommend.

I bought three of these for my house and the only warning I would say is that you want to make sure that you have a solid wall to mount them too because they are kind of beefy. I screwed in 2x4s prior to screwing in the harness to the wall to be safe. I just wanted to make sure that the mounting area is solid base so it wouldn't rip off as the hose swings back and forth. The hose got bound up a few times, but overall works really well. I like that you can pull them lock it out at a certain length so it's not constantly pulling back and retracting. The nozzles that the hose comes with is also very good and has a lot of pressure.

Product is good and has a good structure no complained but yesterday I tried to pull it out and the nozzle came apart. Beside that looks good

I bought this product in June of 2023. And on September 6 I had an issue. The hose that comes off my water faucet into the hose reel blew off inside the hose reel.Seeing that my return time had gone by I contacted Amazon and they gave me an email address to contact the seller. I did so, about half expecting to not hear back. To my surprise I received a response in less than 6 hours. I told them of my issue and that the reel had a 3 year warranty. They ask that I take some pictures and forward them so they could see what my issue was and how to fix it.I had already looked the reel over and didn't see an easy way into it and knowing that it was spring loaded I could get into some reel problems trying to put it back together.I sent the pictures and the next day I got an email with 2 small videos from their tech support on how to remove the cover and fix the hose reel. Along with the videos was a note they were sending me a replacement.I was expecting parts but to my surprise a whole new hose reel showed up. I could't believe it. And they didn't want the old unit back.I have to say that I have never gotten a response like this from any of the other retailers on Amazon.I haven't had this unit but a couple of months but it works great. I would most definitely recommend this product and any other product from this company.

I bought this in April 2023 and ran it for almost a whole year until I took it down yesterday, Feb 19 2024.The hose and retracting feature work well and the hose the sturdy, but it seeps chemicals into water constantly.I’ve read up on hoses seeping chemicals into the water and to run the hose for 5 minutes to clear it out, that they could cause the water to be foamy or opaque and this is exactly what that hose did for the entire time I had it.I ran this hose for plenty of time while using it, even with a sprinkler for an hour and the water was still off. This hose was in direct sunlight for half the day and in shade for half the day, and no matter what it would always seep chemicals and produce foamy opaque water.I gave plenty of time to work itself out, but ultimately decided to go with another brand. I hooked up Vevor retractable hose and on day one there is no foaming and the water is clear so it is clearly just a bad hose or bad plastic.I used the attachments that came with this hose elsewhere and they produced similar results with the water. I even swapped hose attachments and still got the foamy water.I do not recommend this hose at allUpdate Feb. 22nd 2024Company reached out immediately after my review and was very apologetic and issued a refund for my order despite it being almost a year since ordering.Excellent and extremely responsive customer service on their part. They are sending me a new model that should help rectify the issue I was having.
