American Super Knit Polyester Flag - 12" x 18"

We live in Italy so things like this can be hard to come by. Thanks, Amazon.I keep this folded up nicely in a zip-lock bag in my backpack. Before each Cub Scout (Webelos) Den meeting, I have the Denner go in my bag and get it out so we can do the Pledge, Oath and Scout Law. After, he picks another boy to help him fold it up correctly and put it back in my bag. We even take it on hikes and camping and this baby's seeing a lot of Italy!This flag is a quality product that has been proudly held by many a Scouts at a plethora of locations. You won't be disappointed.

For the price I didn't know what to expect with this flag but it is great.I use it on my boat and am going on my 4th year and it looks perfect. The most unexpected and best part is -- it doesn't make hardly any noise flapping in the wind on the back of the boat. My other ones cracked in the wind, were noise and wore out quickly. Can't go wrong with this flag. I had ordered 3 of them because they were cheap but am still on the first one.Update: 12/20/13 - This flag still looks new.

I wanted a cheap flag to have on my boat so if I lost it, I wouldn't be out a lot of money. But this actually looks really good for the price. The material is not the opaque polyester like larger flags, and is more of a transparent stretchy kind of fabric. Not what I was expecting, but still looks good for my application.

I live in an apartment complex and while I am prohibited from putting up a flag pole or attaching a flag to the building, I can use a shepherd's crook with double hooks. On one side, a plant and the other, the higher side, I have rigged up a place for a small flag. These are perfect and are all-weather so I only need to change out my flags once every five months.

This flag appears to be pretty well constructed. The stitching and grommets are heavy duty. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars out of the box is that I have only had it a few weeks and have yet to see how it wears. I live in Kansas and we face the extremes with a lot of wind, heat, sun and cold winters. Overall I think this will do very well and will update my review in a couple of months. It has already stood up to one pretty good thunderstorm and winds strong enough to break some tree limbs.

Looks pretty good out of the box. Nicely made and seems sturdy. Put it on my buggy whip and haven’t gotten to use it yet now that it’s summer. Will update after it sees some desert time rather than simply gracing my garage with its presence.

Not sewn in stars or stripes of course, but the price is right.Using it on a boat, so yet to see how long it can withstand the wind, rain and tropical sun and as always, longevity is the key.

I love this country and when my goldfish died I gave him a viking funeral in none other than an american flag. He is in heaven now with Reagan and Jesus. RIP Barry
