The first thing I wanted to point out is that their customer service is awesome. I had an issue with the first one I ordered, and within less than an hour, I had a replacement on the way. I won't base my review off the first one as issues will occur on occasion with literally any product out there. Any way, the device works great. I wanted to validate the readings by checking radiation levels against my granite countertop in the exact place, multiple times. I took a reading in the exact same spot 5 times and got the exact same reading each time, down to the last decimal. This makes me very confident in it's accuracy. The only thing I didn't like was that the beep is extremely loud. I guess this is a good thing if you are expecting an alarm, but a little loud for just turning on the unit. Other than that, I love it. The battery has a long life, and the backlight is quite bright.
