I didn’t actually try these because I changed my mind but they seemed very durable. Came with a lot of cord extensions.

I was a little surprised at how big and heavy the box was which immediately got me excited to open these. The kit is very simple you just have a negative and a positive with a built-in pre-wired fuse and switch (with its very own connectors to easily install) and then there is just a brake wire (which is optional if you don't want to use it). Run it to literally any power source that can handle a few extra amps (preferably your battery or alternator or another high current/preferably fused source). The lights are very bright and seem extremely sturdy and waterproof. The houses are indeed fully aluminum and attempting to scratch the paint reveals that they have a very nice durable paint finish to them. The wire seems like reasonably good automotive grade wire and it is properly gauged for the lights so they get all the power they need. Connectors seem extremely waterproof as well (I will update if I ever experience water damage). So far these lights are extremely nice with everything you need to install them including zip ties and adhesive. The remote is RF and seems of good quality and great range. The remote is also very compact not much bigger than a couple keys on your key ring. The lights have plenty of different modes including different color variations between the pods. The pods put out nice floody lights that can easily fill almost all of the underside of most vehicles. The remote works great and is also good to keep around if you don't want to connect to the app every time. I just have to say I absolutely love these lights and I would recommend them to anybody that is looking for a high quality underglow pod kit. Be sure not to use the blue lights with the brake feature while you are driving unless all of your pods are pointed down and completely out of sight of any other drivers or you could risk legal problems with the flashing red and blues. also have to be careful because some officers don't know that there are legal ways to have red and blue lights on a vehicle so just be careful how you use them is the main thing because they are bright enough they could get you in some trouble. 10 out of 10 I recommend these all day!

I got the RGB LED Rock Lights Underglow kit and love how easy they were to install. In the 90's I had super fragile neon tubes under a pickup and while they put out a lot of light, one speed bump and they were trashed. Later I got LED tubes which were great but they were spread too far to put out a lot of light. These rock lights put out a ton of light and are basically bulletproof compared to my old neons. The LED cases are aluminum which really do wonders to protect them from rocks and other road hazards. I put 2 under the front bumper, the 4 wheels and 2 under the rear bumper. I get a great amount of light on the ground and the music match feature is a lot of fun! I have seen other "rock lights" which do more of a flood light effect for serious night time rock climbing and if you truly want to do that, these are more of a filler light. These will help compliment other larger more intense setups but should not be relied on as a sole solution for rock climbing trucks. If you want to get attention in the dark and just look really cool, put these on your ride and you won't be disappointed :)

These are some of the best rock lights I have seen. The casing is super strong metal and seem durable and unbreakable. I’ve had old school neon tubes, underbody led strips and am using these rock lights now and will tell you the wiring quality and build quality surpasses all of the previous ones. I foresee these lasting a very long time. The build quality is amazing. The lights give off a wide angle array of light. Each pod has 24 led’s per light and are super bright. If you haven’t wired anything like this before be sure to use someone who does, be sure not to run your wires underneath the vehicle close to any exhaust or moving parts. I recommend keeping it as high up frame as possible and away from everything that couple potentially damage the wiring. Also be sure to have extra fuses just in case.The fact that it has an app and a remote is great. You can adjust it to any color you can dream of.My son wants a set for his truck we are building now too.If you are looking for a quality rock led set I would highly recommend these!
